Rebecca’s health took a turn 5 years ago when she developed a chronic illness – that she later discovered was silicone poisoning from her breast implants (read more about her story here). She suffered from chronic fatigue, toxicity, gut issues, inflammation, acidity and hormonal imbalances. The first two years of her illness Rebecca didn’t have the healthiest diet, lifestyle or mind-frame. She had no improvements or help from conventional medicine, so she then decided to take a holistic approach and completely changed her way of life.
In Rebecca’s quest of natural therapies to heal, she started to seek out the best naturopaths, alternative doctors and therapists. She started to heal herself by using herbs, supplements, a strict nutritional plan and meditation.
